 You have a passionate drive to set a global people agenda that addresses key business and industry challenges. You are eager to see the results of your efforts to change and improve organisations and processes. You strive to learn and appreciate working closely and respectfully with people from all over the world. And you are ready to challenge our perceptions – and have your own challenged as well.
The programme is designed for graduates with a university degree within business, natural or social science - potentially supported by a couple of years business experience. Alternatively an education within human sciences.
