• Specialists who, besides undertaking their job abroad, are expected to train local employees to ensure they are capable of assuming certain tasks once the specialist is repatriated to his/her home country
• Employees holding positions where we believe there is a training need that can best be fulfilled through a secondment
• Professional senior managers, whom the organisation needs to be able to place in key jobs around the world
